What is Fraxel® Dual Laser used for?

Effective for treating pigmentation, freckles, age spots and lesions caused by sun damage. Fraxel® Dual Laser utilises two different wavelengths of laser energy, the 1550nm wavelength, and the 1927nm wavelength, to target specific skin concerns. As the laser penetrates the deeper layer of the skin, it stimulates new collagen and elastin production. Book a consultation to learn more today.

Key Features of Fraxel® Dual Laser

How it works.

The laser device is guided over the target area, delivering precise fractional microbeams of laser energy into the skin to create tiny and controlled columns of thermal injury. This stimulates the skin’s natural healing process, encouraging collagen production which helps improve skin texture, reduce wrinkles, and address other skin concerns.

The two different wavelengths of the Fraxel Dual target speciifc concerns. The 1550nm wavelength penetrates deeper into the skin, addressing issues like acne scars and skin texture. The 1927nm wavelength targets the skin’s surface, treating pigmentation irregularitites and sun damage.
