FAQs

  • • Acne

    • Rosacea

    • Redness

  • Fluorescent Light Activation: Kleresca treatment involves applying a unique photoconverter gel on the skin, which contains chromophores that absorb the subsequent fluorescent light energy. The fluorescent light is then directed onto the treated area, where it interacts with the chromophores in the gel, converting it into specific wavelengths of fluorescent light.

Stimulating Skin at the Cellular Level: The converted fluorescent light penetrates the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating the skin cells at a cellular level. This activation triggers a cascade of beneficial biochemical reactions that lead to various skin improvements.

Anti-Inflammatory Properties: Kleresca has anti-inflammatory properties, making it effective in reducing skin inflammation and redness. This feature is particularly beneficial for conditions like acne and rosacea.

  • To begin the treatment your practitioner will cleanse your skin and then will apply the Kleresca® gel. You will then be placed under the multi-wavelength LED lamp to photo-activate the gel. The Kleresca® treatment itself takes nine minutes under the light and then the gel is removed.

You may feel a warm sensation on your skin, and most people find the treatment pleasant and comfortable. Your complexion may experience slight redness; however these cases are rare and should not last more than an hour.

Kleresca is an efficient treatment for all kinds of acne, even severe cases.  It harnesses the power of BioPhotonics to safely treat your acne and stimulate the tissue’s own repair systems. The treatment uses a high intensity in-clinic lamp together with a photoconverter gel to kill bacteria in the skin and initiate healing.

  • Expectations & Downtime:

    • You should see a noticeable improvement in your skin as the deeper layers respond and skin repairing occurs during the 6 week treatment course.

    • For at least six weeks after your treatment, you can expect to see additional improvements to your complexion.

    • Results have been seen to have a long-lasting effect of at least six months.
