Alma Hybrid™ laser is designed to deliver a wide range of customisable ablative and non-ablative treatments using a system that encompasses three powerful energies in a unique combination. How it works.
The treatment begins with the ablative laser component, which delivers precise pulses of energy to create microchannels in the skin. This process helps to remove damaged outer layers and stimulates the skin's natural healing response. Following the ablative phase, the non-ablative laser component is utilized. It penetrates the deeper layers of the skin without causing any harm to the surface. This stimulates collagen production, tightens the skin, and improves overall skin texture and tone.
The laser will pick out only a fraction of the skin to treat usually about 10-40% per session; Usually 2-3 treatments are required depending on the condition being treated.

Ablative & Non Ablative Treatment: Including a CO2 laser, fractional 1570nm laser and an ultrasound technology to enable the delivery of additional product into the skin through the micro-channels created by the CO2 laser.
Treatment Customisation: Having all 3 modalities allows customisation for a greater range of treatment to suit skin type and condition.

The ALMA Hybrid device is carefully placed over the targeted area, delivering controlled energy pulses that penetrate deep into the skin.
The procedure is generally well-tolerated, and patients may experience a mild warming sensation during the treatment.
The laser will pick out only a fraction of the skin to treat usually about 10–40% per session; this means that you may require a number of sessions to fill in the gaps between these very small holes in the skin.

Expectations:
• You may experience a feeling similar to mild sunburn after treatment.
• Redness and swelling is common after your procedure and this may last up to 5 days.
• Light superficial bleeding and “oozing” may also occur.
• Flaking and dryness is normal after the treatment. Your skin will naturally exfoliate/peel as the new skin replaces the old tissue.
Downtime:
• This treatment does require downtime but has a quick recovery to normal after the initial healing phase.
• Results are typically progressive and can vary depending on individual factors.
• Some improvement may be visible immediately after the first session, but optimal results are usually seen several weeks after completing a series of treatments.
