Enrolled nurse (Division 2), General Registration NMW0001106220
Alice Lin began her journey into dermatology and cosmetic treatments with a strong passion for helping patients feel confident in their skin. Her interest in skin health began early, inspired by her grandfather, who was a dermatologist. In 2017, she commenced her career at Enrich Clinic, working closely with Dr Michael Rich, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in patient consultations, treatment planning, and performing a range of cosmetic procedures.
Alice has a particular interest in Fraxel Laser and Secret RF treatments, which she finds rewarding for their ability to deliver visible improvements in skin quality and rejuvenation. She incorporates these treatments into her treatment plans to help patients address pigmentation, uneven texture, and signs of aging.
Alice is experienced in treating pigmentation and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, tailoring her approach to each patient’s skin type. She has particular expertise in darker complexions, where treatments must be carefully selected to minimise the risk of pigment changes and laser sensitivity. Alice also enjoys helping patients with acne and congestion achieve clear, balanced skin, often starting with gentle peels, topical treatments, and Hydrafacials to improve texture and tone gradually.
Her approach to patient care is thorough, kind, and detail-oriented. Alice takes the time to ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their treatment journey. Alice offers consultations in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese for patients who prefer or require care in their native language. Outside the clinic, Alice enjoys playing piano and singing, activities that reflect her calm and creative nature.
Alice is available for consultations on Fridays.
