No Specific Concern
You have no problematic skin condition. This does not mean, however, that you can afford to be negligent with your skin care.
You should use a broad-spectrum sunscreen on a daily basis and avoid over-exposure to the sun. To ensure the retention of moisture in the skin, it's preferable that you use water-based, non-pore-clogging (non-comedogenic) cosmetics and toiletries for your skin and hair. These include soap-free cleansers, gentle emollients and light foundations (those containing a broad-spectrum sunscreen are recommended). Certain recent products that incorporate polymer technology help absorb excess surface skin oils without causing skin dryness.
Skin care products to consider avoiding include astringents, toners, camphor and sodium lauryl sulfate products. Heavy foundations and cosmetics that are hard to remove such as oil-based facial creams should also be spurned for the sake of sustaining your healthy skin.
Foods and products containing vitamin E and anti-oxidants fight free radical damage, assisting in skin rejuvenation. As such, your diet should be rich in anti-oxidants and vitamins.
