Grand Final Winning Skin - Top 3 Tips

Don’t be dogged by less than pawfect skin!

SWAN IN TO YOUR GRAND FINAL DAY GATHERING KNOWING THAT NO MATTER WHAT THE RESULT YOUR SKIN WILL BE BEST ON GROUND.

Tip 1.   Start your morning by applying a potent antioxidant. Antioxidants provide the skin with an amazing defence system and help to control all the damage we do by being out in the environment and eating and drinking things we shouldn’t (click here to find out more about why we are pro–antioxidants). However, antioxidants alone are not enough, sun protection (the easiest and most important tip), is not just for Grand Final day but every day. Apply a minimum 30+ broad spectrum sunscreen everyday as part of your normal skincare regime to protect and prolong your skin’s health. Reapply at half time to ensure that unlike the meat on the BBQ your face doesn’t end up burnt.

beta AOX is a powerful, advanced and stable antioxidant.

BENEFITS

  • Oil-free formula which absorbs immediately
  • Protects skin from environmental damage by offering optimum antioxidant performance of copper PCA and botanical extracts.
  • Helps prevent premature skin ageing
  • Increases the skin’s ability to repair itself, keeping the skin functioning at its best

Tip 2.     Water, water and more water. If you alternate your drink of choice with water,  chances are you’ll reduce your consumption level which will bring down the amount of sugar you ingest (click here to find out how sugar ages your skin and gives you wrinkles). This tried and tested method will not only do your skin a favour, you may also avoid that post-celebratory, doggies day (Sunday) afternoon.

To boost you’re antioxidant levels add some blueberries to your champagne, they are low in sugar and have one of the highest antioxidant content of any fruit, however if you’re a beer drinker…. please don’t, it’s gross we’ve tried it.

Tip 3.      Planning on hosting a Grand Final Day BBQ? Make sure any smokers have their own allocated area, preferably out the front and 4 doors down! Smoking (which includes second-hand smoking) is not only bad for your health but produces free radicals which attack your skin, depleting your supply of antioxidants
